When I think of street art, "a young man decaying a city block at night" is not the first thing that comes to my mind. That statement makes me think of ugly vandalism that wasn't thought out at all but I have seen graffiti on city wall that was clearly thought out and required a lot of skill and effort. I could see how such street art can be viewed as ethically wrong however, I appreciate good street art in certain places. Overall, I believe street art isn't destructive in all cases and can even brighten areas up and send powerful messages.
