I think it's really interesting that one artist decided to change their name to "American Artist." With this, no one will be able to make assumptions about race or gender or what it means to be an American artist and this artist in particular can make up what they think it means to be an American artist. I also like the statement or title of their exhibition they made saying "I'm blue (If I was black I would die). This particular exhibition is basically a call for change in response to the blue lives matter uprisings and demonstrates how the digital world can be a powerful tool for change.
